This is where the work of a whole year is completed, it is here that every detail becomes a rule to be faithfully respected, it is here that all the phases are carried out with skilful mastery in a perfect balance between traditional methods and modern technologies. The production of local wines, in fact, reflects the characteristics and natural qualities of the owned vineyards. Each variety is refined separately in the format most suitable for it; the barriques and barrels, from the best oak, have been carefully selected by the Marino family to combine wood and grape variety in an optimal way. The cellar, of about 1,000 square meters, has been recently renovated with the most advanced machinery and equipment.
